Join our team at La Roca Village as Guest Knowledge Analyst to turn guest data into insight, action, and measurable impact. In this key role, you’ll transform complex datasets into clear narratives and opportunities that drive loyalty and value across our Membership and Private Client Services programmes.

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Retail and PCS to embed data-led decisions in campaigns and experiences fueling smarter targeting, better journeys, and continuous improvement in our performance metrics. (Membership & PCS context)

About the role

1. Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, update and maintain all membership and guest reports and forecast ( Daily Membership, Membership financials, Coniq, Guest Kowledge monthly overview,etc..)
  • Maintain and update recurring marketing dashboards and performance reports, with a strong focus on membership metrics and KPI tracking.
  • Conduct weekly analysis of campaign and channel performance affecting Membership promotions, activation and experiences, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Expert in Salesforce :
    • to understand the data that could be used and analyze.
    • NL creation
    • Reports to understand NL performance
    • Analysis to understand membership behavior

2. Strategic Support for performance analysis and ROI

  • Define and align key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis including:
    • Membership activations / promotions
    • Retail Marketing Activations
  • Support the evaluation of marketing activities by analyzing results and estimating ROI to inform budget allocation and investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the analytical part of an ARR to get the learnings on the activations impact for the business and ROI

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Collect feedback on a weekly basis to provide guest trend and overview that could be relevant to improve membership plans.
    • Act as a data partner to the broader marketing team, helping interpret performance results and optimize actions accordingly.

Role requirements

Ideal experience and skills:

  • Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferred
  • Experience in data analytics, strategy, management consulting, investment banking or equivalent
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate a competent working knowledge of using SQL to design and manipulate databases, using intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI and Power BI DAX skills to handle large data sets
  • Good working knowledge of Python is also preferred and experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Ability to structure large analytical problems, break them down and execute analysis
  • Detailed understanding of guest intelligence and impact it has on business strategy
  • Demonstrable experience of adding value to consumer insights function
  • Highly analytical and meticulous
  • Ability to translate data into information for non-analysts
  • Ability to clearly explain information and impact to others
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work well with all levels across the business
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
