You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Retail and PCS to embed data-led decisions in campaigns and experiences—fueling smarter targeting, better journeys, and continuous improvement in our performance metrics. (Membership & PCS context)
About the role
Guest Data & Insight Execution
- Analyze historical data and present findings that inform strategy and forecast future trends.
- Run segmentation analysis on our database to identify key driver segments and opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value through targeted communications and initiatives.
- Identify high-value guest segments within the Membership programme to help grow the Private Client Services programme.
- Assess effectiveness of initiatives by performing ad hoc analysis, including program rewards and A/B tests on email and other communications.
- Summarize insights into clear, cohesive stories and articulate recommendations for business decisions.
- Codify best practices from A/B tests and loyalty initiatives to optimize performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Structure and execute analysis, then build and maintain regular KPI reporting for Membership and PCS programmes.
- Develop dashboards for business leaders to monitor performance in real time.
- Support Finance and Village teams in budgeting, forecasting and KPI setting exercises.
- Build and maintain commercial models for the Membership programme.
- Provide training and support to other analysts on reporting tools and best practices, particularly within Guest Knowledge & Engagement and PCS teams.
Data Management & Collaboration
- Support data migration of Private Client Services guest data into the Membership database through product ownership and testing.
- Work with Coniq (our physical and digital touchpoint platform) and internal champions to deliver guest reporting as required.

Role requirements
Ideal experience and skills:
- Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferred
- Experience in data analytics, strategy, management consulting, investment banking or equivalent
- Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate a competent working knowledge of using SQL to design and manipulate databases, using intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI and Power BI DAX skills to handle large data sets
- Good working knowledge of Python is also preferred and experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
- Ability to structure large analytical problems, break them down and execute analysis
- Detailed understanding of guest intelligence and impact it has on business strategy
- Demonstrable experience of adding value to consumer insights function
- Highly analytical and meticulous
- Ability to translate data into information for non-analysts
- Ability to clearly explain information and impact to others
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work well with all levels across the business
- Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
