Guest Relations Ambassador

About the role As our Guest Relations Ambassador, you will mainly support the operations of our Apartment for high net worth guests. You will also support and assist all events including Private Client visits in the Village. You will represent the Village as a Hospitality Ambassador and ensure that all guests receive a 5-star luxury hospitality service - a personalised and memorable experience during their visit - and will deliver and promote all services and Village activities.

Key responsibilities 

• Offer the ultimate visitor experience by being luxury ambassadors for the Apartment

• Plan the guests itinerary efficiently

• Act as host and greet guests by offering a warm and luxury welcome, concierge services, food & beverage offering, etc.

• Anticipate, interpret and respond to the expressed and unexpressed needs of visiting guests in an effortless and efficient manner

• Promote a range of innovative and efficient services including Hands-free Shopping Service, valet parking and airmiles redemption, gift cards, etc.

• Promote the current exhibition/ retail marketing and partnerships campaigns to our guests

• Provide knowledgeable insights regarding all brands and the unique offer/promotions within the Village

• Ensure that the lounge area is in good condition and all requirements for daily operating and events are in good place, e.g. logistics, lounge calendar management, food & beverage and collateral inventories, taxi bookings, external supplies, communication with the relevant teams

• Ensure that the Village’s standards, procedures and policies are adhered to at all times

• Provide support on guest feedback and queries and liaise with respective departments to give a quick solution to guests

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Experience as a guest relation/concierge/ Private Client events coordinator in a luxury environment, including hotel, retail and events sectors

• Strong experience with domestic and international guests and a good understanding of 5* guest services excellence

• Experience in the full end to end guest journey, from bookings to hosting and follow up

• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent Grooming Standards, pride in their appearance and immaculate presentation

• Solid understanding of the luxury customer and guest profiling

• Capability to think creatively on guest feet and provide flexible and innovative solutions to daily challenges and opportunities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach

• Strong organisation skills

• An outstanding eye for detail and excellence

• Be engaging, dynamic, proactive and informative

• Ability to assist in projects and to work effectively within a team, as well as act autonomously

• Attention to detail, responsible and able to work without close supervision

• Ability to multi task and prioritize

• Fluent in English and local Village language, any other language would be beneficial
