We are looking for a PR & Comms Coordinator (Interim) to join our team at La Roca Village and help bring our stories, experiences and brand moments to life.

Working at the intersection of luxury, fashion, lifestyle and guest experience, you will play a key role in supporting media relations, influencer activations, events and PR campaigns that showcase everything that makes La Roca Village extraordinary.

What you'll do

• Coordinate local PR campaigns, media activities and Village storytelling initiatives.
• Support the creation and distribution of press materials, assets and communications.
• Maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies and key stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and influencer activity, providing clear reporting and insights.
• Support the planning and delivery of press visits, influencer experiences and Village events.
• Coordinate guest lists, schedules, assets and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with Marketing, Retail, Guest Services and external partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and help ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.

Who you are

Background & Skills

• 1-2 years' experience in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a similar coordination role.
• Experience supporting media relations, influencer campaigns, events or brand activations.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using reporting tools, digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.
