We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team at La Roca Village and support the delivery of efficient, compliant and business-focused legal services across the Village.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to the Legal Team, assisting with contract management, corporate documentation, administrative processes and legal workflows. You will help ensure legal matters are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, you will act as a trusted point of contact on legal and compliance matters, supporting the smooth operation of the business while contributing to effective risk management and governance.
What you'll do:
- Support the Legal Team in the management of contracts, legal documentation and corporate records.
- Coordinate contract execution processes and maintain legal systems, repositories and databases.
- Monitor legal deadlines, renewals, compliance requirements and documentation accuracy.
- Support corporate governance activities, filings, audits and regulatory processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors and public authorities on legal and administrative matters.
- Manage legal budgets, purchase orders and invoice administration in partnership with Finance.
- Oversee legal trackers, reporting and workflow management to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.
- Act as a key point of contact for legal processes, tools and day-to-day business queries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide administrative support to the Legal Team.
Who you are:
- Experienced in a legal, corporate or administrative support role.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Skilled at coordinating processes, documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Proactive, collaborative and solution oriented.
- Confident using legal systems, document management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
