Join our team at La Roca Village to lead the development and execution of our Cruise Strategy, positioning the Village as a must‑visit destination for international cruise passengers. In this key role, you’ll transform strategic partnerships into seamless, premium experiences that attract luxury travellers and drive incremental, high‑value traffic.
You’ll build and strengthen relationships with cruise lines and key industry partners, working closely with Marketing, Retail and Hospitality teams to embed La Roca Village into official cruise itineraries and shore experiences. With a strong focus on luxury guests and priority markets, particularly the USA, you’ll help elevate our international positioning, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
About the role
As Partnerships Manager, the key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
- Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with cruise lines, shore excursion operators, port agents, and other key stakeholders in the cruise sector at both local and national levels.
- Develop tailored partnerships and packages with cruise operators to encourage passengers to visit La Roca Village during their stopovers, ensuring a premium and seamless experience.
- Create exclusive shopping experiences and offers for cruise guests, including VIP services, transport solutions, and curated itineraries.
- Manage and optimise the Tourism CRM programme (Salesforce) to track cruise-related partnerships, performance, and guest engagement.
- Promote La Roca Village as a preferred shopping destination for cruise passengers, consolidating brand awareness and positioning within the cruise industry.
- Work closely with the Village Marketing Team to develop:
- Marketing campaigns and initiatives targeting cruise passengers and operators.
- Partnership opportunities with ports, cruise terminals, and related hospitality services.
- Tailored packages for sale through cruise lines and third-party booking platforms.
- Promotion of transport solutions such as Shopping Express, private transfers, and chauffeur services for cruise guests.
- Maximise online and social media opportunities targeting cruise audiences.
- Attend cruise industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to represent La Roca Village and strengthen its presence in the cruise market.
Role requirements
Ideal experience and skills:
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Essential: Proven experience in sales or business development within the cruise industry. Experience in luxury travel or premium brand segments is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing partnerships with cruise lines, shore excursion operators, and inbound/outbound travel partners.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, performance, and ROI.
- Excellent organization and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- A process-oriented and solution-driven mindset, capable of managing complex projects.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Good presentation skills and confidence in public speaking, representing the Village at industry events and meetings.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with minimal supervision.
- An international mindset and cultural awareness, open to diverse markets and guest profiles.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages would be an advantage.
- Computer literacy, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and good knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
