We are looking for a Private Clienteling Coordinator to join our team at La Roca Village and support the delivery of exceptional, highly personalised experiences for our most valued guests.

In this role, you will work closely with the Private Client Services, Personal Shopping, Hospitality and Concierge teams to support the execution of our Private Clienteling strategy. You will help build meaningful relationships with clients, coordinate exclusive events and experiences, and contribute to guest acquisition, loyalty and commercial success.

What you'll do:

  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with Private Clients through regular engagement and personalised communication.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of events and experiences within The Apartment, working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Partner with the Hospitality and Concierge teams to provide exceptional service before, during and after each guest visit.
  • Welcome and host guests, brand partners and key stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Coordinate personal shopping appointments and bespoke client experiences.
  • Support the Private Client Services Director in building and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Private Client Services and represent the team at internal and external events when required.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the guest experience.

Who you are:

  • Experienced in clienteling, luxury retail, hospitality or premium customer experience environments.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Skilled at building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.

Background & Skills:

  • Experience in luxury retail, clienteling, hospitality or guest experience roles.
  • Proven experience supporting or coordinating high-quality events and experiences.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using reporting, Power BI and AI tools.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Guest-first mindset with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the business.
