About the Role

• Ensure that La Roca Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience
• Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success
• Managing various projects efficiently to ensure timely completion and success
• Guide store managers on in-store standards and customer service
• Coordinate with learning and development on staff training
• Identifying and acquiring new products that drive innovation
• Analyzing sales data and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Utilizing data to make informed decisions and improve business operations
• Provide weekly management reports with analysis
• Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales

Role requirements

• Proven experience in international retail.
• Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
• Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, other European languages are a plus.
