As our Senior Customer Knowledge & Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in our Customer (Guest) Knowledge & Insights strategy.

 

You will be responsible for the analysis of our guests or potential guests and leverage the insight to drive guest acquisition

 

You will currently be working in a Customer or Consumer insights role in any consumer facing organisation and be keen to take on more responsibility across a wide variety of potential domestic and international customers.

 

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work on site at La Roca Village a minimum of 4 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

 

  • Develop and manage a centre of excellence in guest knowledge, guest insights, guest data, guest intelligence and analysis
  • Ensuring a clear methodology to the conclusions to support the strategy of the business
  • Develop Guest Knowledge to reach new customers that will facilitate growth of key business KPIs
  • Develop and define guest knowledge tools, reports and tracks that support the Guest Facing Business decisions

  • Experience leading CRM Data Analysis within Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecoms or luxury brand environment and/or travel and leisure
  • Proven success of growing consumer insights in a global role within a matrixed multinational organization
  • Creative acumen for developing programs and technical expertise to deliver results
  • Ability to influence and motivate key players to stand behind and support plans
  • Previous experience on implementing a successful rewards programme
  • Expertise in endorsing and implementing customer marketing plans across Media & Multichannel
