We are actively recruiting a Senior Trade Marketing & CRM Manager who will join the team at La Roca Village to lead and align our Loyalty and Trade Marketing teams.

 

In this key role, you’ll align both functions to drive high-value member growth and deepen brand engagement. You’ll be responsible for developing exclusive experiences, limited editions, and bespoke activations that reinforce the value of belonging to our community.

 

You’ll bring proven experience in customer loyalty, data-driven segmentation, brand partnerships, and retail activation strategies — all to shape a compelling value proposition for our guests and partner brands.

About the role

  • Manage and mentor the CRM and Trade Marketing teams to ensure alignment and high performance.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Guest Experience, and Corporate teams to integrate CRM and trade strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end CRM and Loyalty strategy to acquire, retain, and grow high-value, high-frequency members
  • Define the Brand Marketing strategy with a clear framework for team efficiency and business impact.
  • Build strong relationships with Village brands to co-create tailored trade marketing campaigns.

Role requirements

7+ years in CRM, trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand partnerships, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.

  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering cross-functional projects with commercial impact.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), CRM tools, and loyalty programs as well as retail marketing & trade marketing.
