Join our team at La Roca Village as Social Media Coordinator, playing a key role in shaping the quality, consistency and impact of all content shared across our social platforms. In this position, you will work closely with the Content Manager and Content Director Spain, contributing to the daily management of Marketing initiatives and the development of integrated social media content that reflects the essence of The Bicester Collection.

 

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every piece of content released into the public domain aligns with our distinctive tone of voice, unique selling propositions and brand values. With a strong focus on excellence and consistency, you will help elevate our storytelling, strengthen brand perception, and support the business through engaging, highquality content that connects with our audiences and drives performance.

About the role

Social Media:

  • Strategy, planning, editing, execution of the content plan for social media in the different social channels: TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
  • Leverage and enhance the fashion and lifestyle credentials of the Village applying relevant storytelling and editorial contents
  • Create a tone of voice strategy (text, image and video) for the Village aligned with the brand strategy
  • KPIS monitoring and measurement of the main channels
  • Monitoring Social Media management with an external agency
  • Reporting of KPIS, local brands and Group brands
  • Reporting of KPIs of special actions
  • Crisis management, monitoring and reporting
  • Tracking of third-party publications, trends and identification of UGC.
  • Coverage events and special actions
  • Alignment with influencer marketing specialist building together the strategy when the content generated by the influencer will be posted in Social Media Channels
  • Alignment with digital and paid media team on boosting strategy and paid social

Content:

  • Support with campaign productions and fashion shoots
  • Product hunting
  • Creation of ad hoc content for social networks: ig stories, reels, photos, videos
  • Support in the management of content needs of the rest of the departments.

Role requirements

Ideal experience and skills:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the field in a consumer lead environment – ideally with experience of retail-marketing and brand building, fashion & lifestyle, destination marketing and digital savvy/expert
  • Writer/editorial experience with an eye for detail, proof reading and creating online content
  • Creative skills and good understanding of design and trends
  • Skilled at managing projects and juggling multiple priorities
  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience creating and developing responsive, interesting, original content
  • Strong expertise in managing content in digital business
  • Provide evidence of strong writing skills and expertise in New Media is required
  • Enjoys working alone and with others and can collaborate well
  • Must have worked in fast paced environments
  • Proficiency with Adobe, Canva or equivalent
  • A love of shopping is helpful and must be an avid reader of consumer reviews
  • Fluency in English.  Other languages an advantage.
