Village Operations & Services Coordinator

We are looking for a Village Operations and Services Coordinator to join our team at La Roca Village and support the efficient, safe and smooth day-to-day operation of the Village.

In this role, you will support the Village Operations and Services Management Team across maintenance, security, cleaning, landscaping and other contracted services. You will also coordinate facilities management activities through Planon, helping to ensure that assets, maintenance records and operational processes are managed accurately and effectively.

Working closely with internal teams, contractors and service providers, you will play a key role in maintaining Village standards, monitoring compliance and delivering an exceptional environment for our guests, brand partners and colleagues. [JD_Village...oordinator | Word]

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate day-to-day corrective and preventive maintenance activities across the Village.
• Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are scheduled, monitored and completed on time through Planon.
• Assess and prioritise reactive maintenance requests, tracking progress through to completion and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate asset, contractor and maintenance information in Planon, including asset registers, O&M manuals, warranties and PPM instructions.
• Support the management of security, cleaning, landscaping and other contracted Village services.
• Act as a key point of contact for external maintenance providers and other operational partners.
• Process purchase orders and support budget tracking, stock control and supplier administration.
• Monitor compliance with Health & Safety, legal and ESG requirements, highlighting and helping to resolve potential risks.
• Produce operational metrics and reports to identify trends, support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and other Village teams to support projects, events and day-to-day operational requirements.

Who you are:

• You have at least two years’ experience in a facilities management or real estate environment.
• You have a good understanding of buildings, equipment and assets within a retail or similar operational environment.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• You are proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working on your own initiative.
• You have strong operational and interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with different teams and external partners.
• You understand safe systems of work and the importance of effective control measures.
• You are comfortable using AI tools to support automation, process development and continuous improvement.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience using Planon or another CAFM system would be an advantage.
• A recognised Health & Safety qualification, sustainability training or experience in luxury hospitality, commercial or retail environments would also be valued. [JD_Village...oordinator | Word]
