Advocacy Manager

As the Advocacy Manager, you will use your expertise in the advocacy landscape and direct VIP relationships in order to drive qualitative footfall to Bicester Village. Your work will contribute to increased spend and single purchase value whilst driving awareness of the Village’s key priorities.

You will have a priority focus on London, International and Local-based advocates, forging strong direct relationships and tapping into their affluent networks in order to build our communities.

About the role

• Develop a luxury guest centric annual strategic plan that centres around driving qualitive footfall to the Village and increased spend per visit. 
• Grow the network and database of advocates (VIPs and digital influencers) to attract them to visit the Village and create organic storytelling that captures their experience. 
• Grow the network of talent agents and agencies in order to secure 360 paid partnerships with key advocates. 
• Build relationships with the brand boutique staff as well as the Private Client and Guest Services teams, to ensure a 5* luxury guest experience for all advocates being hosted in the Village.
• Be physically present in the Village to offer one-to-one hosting of all advocates and VIPs to ensure a 5* luxury experience. 
• Mange on-site shoots and video creation with advocacy talent including all production and post-production elements. 
• Manage the co-creation of contracts, purchase orders and new supplier set ups.

Role requirements

• Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferrable.
• Strong existing and direct relationships in Advocacy (VIP and digital influencers) with a ‘Little Black Book’ of relevant talent and agents. 
• Experience in event, shoot and content capture management. 
• Strong knowledge of the various social media platforms (IG and TikTok as priority) and how to measure data and performance through these platforms. 
• Demonstrate creativity and strategic thinking.
• Ability to deliver against KPI targets. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external parties.
• Computer literate and high proficiency of Microsoft Office; experience in the use of business social media is essential.
