As our Business Development Manager – Middle East & India, you will report to the head of the tourism function International Markets Director and be responsible for the for the coordination, planning and execution of the Partnership strategy at the Village for this key region and source markets in conjunction with the Partnerships Director. This important role combines the skills of a brand ambassador & commercial manager, driving high spending domestic and international tourism thereby ensuring footfall, spend and revenue targets throughout the year are achieved for the Village.

 

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 3 days a week.

 

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

 

  • Define and implement the Middle East and India strategy to deliver HNW and Quality spending goals in conjunction with the International Markets Deputy Director
  • Manage relationships with local agents, DMCs, concierge, chauffeur companies and Embassies
  • Work closely with central team in source
  • Manage all Fam Trips visiting Bicester Village
  • Identify and target companies who have both “HNW” and “Quality” client/employee databases to communicate a Bicester Village “always on message” and “tactical messages” during key moments in the village such as Private Sale in order to drive footfall and spend

  • Background in Luxury Hotels, Private Jets, Travel Trade, or partnership/loyalty programs is essential.
  • Immersed in the Middle Eastern and Indian HNW community with excellent HNW contacts and a good understanding of the luxury market.
  • Proven track record in selling a luxury destination is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated and a great ambassador for Bicester Village, capable of developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and signing up companies to support the Village.
  • Field-based role with time spent in Bicester Village to stay updated with the product and build strong internal relationships for a seamless guest experience.
