[Copywriter- Bicester Village- Permanent/Full Time]

As our Copywriter, you will support the Marketing and Channel teams to write on-brand copy. Whether adapting existing copy or writing new, you will be responsible for upholding brand guidelines and developing the Bicester Villages’ storytelling to support business goals.

What you will be doing

• Provide copywriting support across Bicester Village, accepting requests/briefs and proactively defining copy approaches that can be applied consistently across different channels.
• Act as an educational resource to improve English copy written on channels, supporting the teams, encouraging them to follow guidance more closely and to uphold the website governance principles, ensuring a consistent brand message across the website, social and paid media activity.
• Write copy that complies with our brand and campaign guidelines, but also incorporates Bicester Village’s needs, the relevant audience and positioning across print, digital, website, social and CRM.
• Translating and enhancing the Bicester Collection brand's tone of voice at the Bicester Village level

• Excellent skills and/or qualification in creating elevated/luxury digital copy, as well as sub-editing (English).
• An interest in fashion and experience of working with copy and image assets in this sector.
• Experience working with copy that requires consideration of complex branding restrictions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise appropriately.
• Ability to match the brand’s tone of voice and/or follow a style guide.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Eye for detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
