Our Deputy Product Merchandising Director is key to the successful development of brand performance in Bicester Village and across our major Central brands. This role will develop and leverage Merchant to Merchant relationships for the benefit of their portfolio of brands and the Villages they serve. Through effective relationship building and understanding of product challenges in retail brands, you will significantly contribute to increasing sales, single purchase value and units per transaction by involving in wide range of activities such as customer trends estimation, review of pricing structure and replenishment plans, etc., working closely with the brands. You will report to the Product Merchandising Director and work with key retail, central and other Directors across the business.

 

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 4 days a week.

 

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

 

  • Plan and execute merchandising, inventory and pricing strategies to optimize product assortments and maximize sales.
  • Close partnership with brands in boutique and in regular meetings at HO level to identify
  • Primary function of this role is to develop and leverage relationships with brands for benefit of a portfolio and Village.
  • Leading conversations with brands ref pricing, and delivery schedules to maintain optimal
  • Be the leader in your region for PNM across all teams and implement those within all areas of the business. In partnership with Marketing Director, create assortments for use in digital channels.
