The Clienteling Team Coordinator plays a pivotal role in elevating guest relationships through personalised engagement, thoughtful communication, and seamless operational support. Working across Private Client Services, CRM, and Marketing touchpoints, this role ensures our high-value guests receive tailored experiences that deepen loyalty, increase visitation, and enhance spend.

You will act as the connective tissue between guest-facing teams, CRM platforms, and brand/event partners, ensuring that everything from relationship nurturing to campaign execution runs smoothly, beautifully, and with intention.

About the role

  • Bring guest engagement campaigns to life by crafting thoughtful messaging, supporting content creation, and ensuring every touchpoint feels relevant and data-informed.
  • Play an active role in elevating our loyalty and guest programs, keeping daily operations smooth while spotting opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Take ownership of event and activation coordination, from managing logistics to nurturing personalised relationships with key guests so they feel truly valued.
  • Ensure seamless, aligned communication and beautifully delivered experiences through collaborating closely with team across the business.
  • Keep our operational foundations strong by maintaining accurate trackers and dashboards, managing documentation and invoices, and supporting efficient workflows.

Role requirements

Essential:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in CRM, clienteling, hospitality, marketing, events or guest engagement.
  • Experience managing administrative processes, trackers, and dashboards with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and supporting cross-team projects.
  • Experience using CRM or database systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Warm, adaptable communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to interpret information and support data-led decision-making
  • Experience in a luxury or premium setting is desirable.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a luxury or premium setting.
  • Understanding of loyalty programmes, guest journeys, or event delivery.
  • Exposure to content creation or brand messaging.
