As our Graphic Designer, you will raise the standard and delivery of all creative communication for Bicester Village and ensure that all material produced is on brand, sophisticated and consistent with the look and feel of current Village marketing material.

About the role

• Design all creative material produced for Bicester Village Marketing team.
• Design and produce artwork for all external communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to incorporate best practices into creative processes
• Participate in regular brainstorming sessions with wider creative team to produce fresh and innovative ideas, maintaining strategic thinking.
• Manage the design work flow process to manage design jobs efficiently through the department.
• Ensure all work is delivered to agreed deadlines/budget/quality.
• Design for key events/promotional campaigns

Role requirements

• Demonstrable experience of creating targeted and sophisticated campaign designs
• At least 4 years’ experience in a busy design studio environment working to tight deadlines
• Excellent people, communication, organisation and time-management skills
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Adobe CS5 InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop software
• Advanced knowledge of art working and setting up design for print
