As the Partnerships Coordinator, you will be supporting the Partnerships Team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including but not limited to supporting partnerships initiatives, account management, business development, reporting and event management.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 4 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reports in line with business requirements
• Assist Partnership Managers in creating new marketing campaigns and activities in Salesforce
• Support the team in preparing presentation templates for senior management and internal meetings
• Deliver Power BI and Salesforce training to team members, enabling them to run reports independently
• Assist Partnership Managers in setting up Membership links for the purpose of onboarding partners into the Village membership programme
• Share best practice with Central and Village teams to ensure all offers and promotions are maximised to their full capability (i.e.. supporting point of sale implementation plans)
