Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central people team is hiring a People Reporting Analyst

The role

Location: Bicester Village (1 – 2 days per week in office)

 This is a 12 month FTC

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Deliver clear, trusted People reporting that turns workforce data into insight and supports evidence-based decisions across the Collection.
• Keep People data accurate, well governed and secure, in line with data protection requirements.
• Improve reporting by simplifying, automating and standardising processes, and help colleagues use and understand the outputs with confidence.
• Work with People, Technology, Finance and business teams to understand their reporting needs and explain data in clear, commercial language.

What we're looking for

• People reporting: Practical experience producing workforce, HR or business reporting from enterprise systems
• Microsoft Office & People systems: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors
• Reporting tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel and reporting or visualisation tools; experience of HRIS platforms is advantageous
• People processes: Thorough understanding of staffing and business processes and their relationship with People systems
• Technology & digital fluency: Comfort working with digital tools, reporting platforms and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions; expected to adopt new systems with confidence and contribute to a culture of digital curiosity
