As Personal Shopping Coordinator your primary role will be to support & assist the Personal Shopping team on dealing with client appointments, Virtual Shopping, bookings and data reporting.
In addition the Personal Shopping Coordinator will, when required, host client appointments and recommend clothing/accessory options from brands across the Village that would suit their needs.
The Personal Shopping Coordinator will need to ensure they are proactive, solution providers who will deliver high quality customer service to all clients, whilst working with brands to assist in increasing their sales.

About the role
- Assisting Personal Shoppers with appointments, both virtual and in village.
- Dealing with clients to identify their specific needs regarding product, services and shopping experience.
- Building and keeping strong relationships with Brands and teams in the village to optimise sales results.
- Providing personalised advice and tailored product recommendations to fulfil clients' needs and product requests.
- Handling product enquiries, generic requests and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Acknowledging and fulfilling clients’ requests coming from various sale channels and remaining flexible towards needs of guests within the village.
- Work to achieve both your individual KPI’s including sales targets and the wider business KPI’s
Role requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience, working for a luxury retail brand.
- Knowledge of sales analysis tools such as salesforce, excel or equivalent
- A genuine interest in delivering “an above and beyond” level of service is essential.
- Thorough knowledge of current international fashion trends, designers, products and a good sense of what styles suit clients.
- Confident using social media to support client contact and increasing sales.
