Private Client & Events Executive

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join a dynamic, client facing, high net worth luxury team. The Private Client & Events Coordinator is responsible for delivering the Private Clients Event and Programming plan. This role requires someone who understands the luxury consumer and market place, is brilliantly organized with exceptional attention to detail, a problem solver and creative thinker.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Private Client team hosts regular events (nearly one a week) and this role will be required to:

  • Plan & execute the Private Client Events and programming calendar which encompasses
    • Commercial brand events and trunk shows
    • Beauty, fragrance and wellness masterclasses
    • Art and cultural programming events in London, such as private views and gallery tours.
    • Styling events
    • ‘In conversation’ talks with high profile celebrities and other talent
    • Private clientelling lunches and dinners
  • Work with other stakeholders across the business including retail, GKE, partnerships, PR & advocacy, legal, health and safety, VM, creative & hospitality teams - ensuring all logistical elements of the programme have been signed off and approved by all areas of the business.
  • Guestlist management and RSVPs
  • Working with CRM & data teams to produce mailing lists and segmentation reports to support the Private Client Managers with outreach for events
  • Manage on the ground event delivery – meeting clients, supporting brand partners, ensure smooth running of all logistics, set up and break down and lead team briefings
  • Working with the PCS Co-Ordinator to onboard new event suppliers & PO Requests
  • Contributing to event animation ideas and exploration of new suppliers
  • There will be times where you will need to be flexible and work the odd Saturday (approx. once a month) and a few late evenings/early mornings.
  • Assistance with managing group bookings/shopping days, invitations, guests lists, operational requirements
  • Manage all event reporting including monthly & annual reporting, analysis and key learnings
  • Supporting with key partners to deliver key events within the programme across London
  • Communications - plan and deliver all communications relating to the events and programming – for example invites and the monthly newsletter

 

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

    • Genuine interest in working with high net worth individuals and the luxury industry
    • Ability to build strong relationships with HNW guests, key partners, colleagues & stakeholders
    • Structured and methodical approach with high level of attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a multitasking role/environment
    • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Self-starter & self-motivated. Able to work individually and as part of a team
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Experience in the Hospitality/Luxury/Marketing/Events/Brand Segment
