As our Senior Business Development Manager, Middle East & India you will be responsible for developing and growing the HNW market as well as driving “Quality Footfall” into Bicester Village.

 

This is a business development role managing new and existing relationships to deliver double digit growth from the Middle East and Indian market. This is a field based position.

 

This position is largely a field based role meeting new and existing contacts however it will also require time spent in Bicester Village to keep up to speed with the product and building strong relationships internally in order to deliver a seamless guest experience.

 

What you will be doing

To exceed a sales target

  • Define and implement the Middle East and India strategy to deliver HNW and Quality spending goals in conjunction with the International Markets Deputy Director
  • Manage relationships with local agents, DMCs, concierge, chauffeur companies and Embassies
  • Work closely with central team in source
  • Manage all Fam Trips visiting Bicester Village
  • Identify and target companies who have both “HNW” and “Quality” client/employee

  • Fully immersed in the Middle East and Indian HNW community with excellent HNW contacts and a good understanding of “Luxury”
  • A background in at least one of the these markets Luxury Hotels, Private Jet, Travel Trade, partnership/loyalty programmes will be essential
  • Good contacts and/or have experience working within partnership/loyalty programmes
  • A proven track record in selling a luxury destination would be highly desirable
  • Self-motivation and be a great ambassador for Bicester Village with the ability to not only develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities at all times but to be able to sign up companies to support the Village
