Senior Gardener (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Title:                 Senior Gardener 

Based at:                Bicester Village

About the role 

As our Senior Gardener, you will be responsible for gardening and landscaping of the Village.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Manage existing installations and surrounding areas, ensuring plants are being watered, fed, pruned and replaced, if and when necessary

• Work with the Village’s operations and visual merchandise teams to ensure the installations meet the villages health and safety requirements as well as each individual brands expectations

• Help with over night installs when a complete seasonal refresh is required

• Answer any queries about the plants and installation

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Experience within a similar role is preferred

• Full driving licence

• Ability to take ownership of assigned duties

• Good communication skills

• Friendly, approachable with a good knowledge about plants

• Fluent in local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
