As our Senior Social Media Manager, you will improve brand awareness and develop the Bicester Village community at scale with a diverse and creative mix of content. The person in this role is an absolute expert in all things social, including planning, posting, creating, and engaging the community. You should be completely well-versed in social media trends and ideas, including audio, filters, and new features.

You should be strategic team leader and as channel owner, you’ll manage projects across the business and execute cohesive rollouts that align with growth objectives, covering all brand pillars. You should be motivated to produce highly shareable content, convey a great story, analyse performance, build meaningful relationships, take initiative, and facilitate the best experience for our guests.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Execute the social media strategy focused on content, community, and commerce
• Act as the ultimate expert across social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Little Red Book, Wechat, etc.)
• Oversee the social media calendar for all Bicester Village social channels, including approval and edits to copy, imagery and social media plans.
• Understand global audiences, sensitivities, and nuances of localised markets
• Ideate and produce creative initiatives and concepts for activations that drive key KPIs and leverage the latest social media news and trends

• At least 5 years of professional experience in building a brand and/or company’s social media presence

• A creative and strategic team player who is motivated, proactive, genuine, and driven
• A proven track record for developing and executing successful social media campaigns that achieved positive growth and engagement
• Experience in video editing, including mobile apps and Reels/TikTok platforms
• A passion and encyclopaedic knowledge of retail, fashion, brands and designers
