Key responsibilities 

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies to promote news and events
• Assist in maintaining media databases and building relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
• Aid in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure PR initiatives align with overall marketing objectives
• Help coordinate partnerships and collaborations with fashion brands and designers to enhance the business’ reputation and visibility
• Oversee and assist with set up for events and hosting press and influencers
• Organize travel for PR guests and team
• Provide general admin and accounting support such as raising purchase orders for invoices and setting up third party suppliers
• Monitor media coverage and compile press clippings for analysis and reporting
• Help coordinate partnerships and collaborations with fashion, lifestyle and food brands and protagonists to enhance  reputation and visibility
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape to inform PR strategies
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining PR materials inventory
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative PR ideas and campaigns
• Work closely with the PR and Communications Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to assist with any other work as necessary

About you

• Degree education or equivalent qualifications is preferrable
• Computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes
• Preferably knowledge in Luxury brands
• Excellent organisation and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
• Able to work well with all levels across the business
• A proactive and positive personality
• Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and German language, any other European language would be beneficial
