As our Senior Commercialisation  Manager, you will support current brands and recruit leading national and international brands for the maximum performance and positioning of the Village.

What you will be doing

Ensure that all available Village space is leased in a timely and effective manner with an adequate mix of brands by the following activities.

• Prospect and sell financial, commercial, and legal terms to close deals with identified brands
• Research new trends and new brands
• Negotiate new contracts with current brands and provide any required financial analysis
• Negotiate contract variations, protocol agreements and notifications with current brands
• Cultivate new and existing brand relationships and act as an ambassador to develop business opportunities

• Proven experience in the commercial real estate field, or the development of stores, franchises or brands
• Sound knowledge of outlet and 1st price markets
