As our Retail Manager or Senior Retail Manager, you will work in partnership with our brands to ensure we provide the highest level of shopping experience for our guests and maximise potential revenue.

We are particularly interested in potential colleagues who have experience with sports brands.

What you will be doing

• You’ll cultivate strong bonds with our brand partners.
• You’ll identify and support development programs for brand partners e.g. CRM, marketing, product merchandising and events.
• Unveiling insights to enhance the guest experience.

• Proven luxury or premium retail management experience across multi stores or multi sites.
• Experience of working with data, revealing insights that elevate performance.

• An innate understanding of quality service
• Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
