The marketing team is hiring a social media coordinator

The role

As our social media coordinator, you will be part of the digital marketing team to develop and execute the social network strategy.   You will be involved in a wide range of activities so this role is ideally suited for someone who is keen to step up into a formal social media role

Location: Kildare Village (hybrid based in office 2 – 3 times a week)

Starting minimum salary: €32,700

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Support delivery of the social media strategy, growing our presence and engaged communities as a core part of the wider marketing strategy
  • Stay current on emerging platforms and trends across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
  • Help plan, execute, and optimise omnichannel campaigns, recommending ways to maximise engagement, ROI, and business growth
  • Capture and edit high-quality photo/video content (using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop) in line with marketing briefs
  • Track and report on social media performance, sharing actionable insights via weekly and monthly updates to stakeholders

 What we're looking for

  • Previous professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel in particular
  • Knowledge of Photoshop is preferrable
  • Good command of Community Manager tools and the analysis tools of them, e.g. Facebook and Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, Locowise, Synthesio
  • Passionate about innovative communication channels
