As our Construction Project Manager, you will be supporting the Real Estate Director in implementing value add asset management construction projects, planned preventative maintenance programmes and sustainability enhancing initiatives.

 

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

 

Existing Asset

  • Work within the real estate team on the introduction of new asset management systems, including new construction processes that help our business achieve its ESG goals
  • Work with asset and facilities managers to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the value of the asset through the construction and planning process

 

Upgrade and Lifecycle projects: Design and Implementation

  • Be responsible for small-development projects across the Village which include, but not limited to creation of additional retail space, parking enhancements, placemaking activities and guest facing facilities

 

Expansion of Existing Village through Development (large projects)

  • Monitor, drive progress on, and report against all small development projects across the Village Expansion of Existing Village through Development (large projects)

 

Development Process Overview and Execution

  • Supervise the development accounting and financial monitoring system and work with Finance teams to prepare regular reports for banks, senior executives and board meetings

 

What makes you special

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects and locations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both creative and operational teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
