As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will work as part of our Finance team, overseeing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis processes across The Bicester Collection. You will collaborate with teams cross-functionally to develop and provide financial insights that drive strategic decision making.

What you will be doing

• Facilitate the roll out of the personnel cost forecasts and budgets during forecast process.
• Business partnering with our Village teams to facilitate accurate forecast of personnel cost for the Villages and departments.
• Provide analytical support following forecasts and budgets to the local teams and Directors to aid with business decisions.
• Review monthly payroll files and identify errors to be corrected to drive accuracy.
• Prepare monthly personnel cost analysis vs. forecast. identifying errors.
• Ensure budget holders and managers have an awareness of financial performance requirements, including the need for budgetary control, and to provide financial awareness training where necessary.
• Assist with overall management of forecast and budget processes.
• Develop a detailed understanding of Finance planning system and assist with the system development and enhancements when necessary.

What makes you special

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Part or recently Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Previous exposure to a pan European/international business is highly desirable
• Must be able to demonstrate strong Excel skills and highly system literate
• Knowledge of Oracle and particularly PBCS is highly advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment, often with minimal supervision
• Must be able to deal with individuals in the organisation at all levels
