The Head of Content – International Markets is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction for content across MENA, India, LATAM, USA, and Pan-EU. This position ensures that all content aligns with brand objectives, resonates with key audiences, and is optimized for performance across multiple platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, this role provides high-level oversight while empowering content managers to execute effectively.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at Bicester Village a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Develop and implement a long-term content strategy that enhances brand awareness, engagement, and business performance across international markets.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring content aligns with broader commercial, partnership, and digital marketing objectives.
- Own the content vision for international markets, ensuring it reflects market trends, cultural nuances, and high-value audience expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison between international marketing teams and the central creative and content team, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics and audience insights to refine and optimize content for each international market.

- 10+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or digital media, with a focus on international markets
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-performing, omnichannel content strategies that drive business impact
- Strong expertise in brand storytelling, audience engagement, and market-specific content adaptation
- Experience leading high-level stakeholder relationships, with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and shape content strategies accordingly
