As our Purchase Ledger Assistant - French Speaking, you will work with and support the Account Payables Manager. You will provide efficient and proactive day-to-day support to the Finance Team to ensure the smooth running of the financial administration of the Company.

You will be required to work on site at Bicester Village a minimum of 2 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Provide competent and meticulous support to help the productivity of the Finance Team
• Set up suppliers
• Update supplier records
• Process invoices and credit notes accurately
• Reconcile supplier statements

What makes you special

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Must be fluent in French and English both written and verbal
• Previous experience of account payables
• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel; knowledge of Oracle would be an advantage
• Excellent organisation skills with an eye for details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Dutch is highly advantageous
