As our Senior Project Manager for DO GOOD you will work with senior colleagues to refine and evolve the overarching strategy, ensuring continuous growth in scope, engagement and impact. 

About the role

• Work closely with all Village teams to enhance charity partnerships
• Develop and implement a comprehensive visual roadmap of events across Villages to drive engagement, fundraising, and awareness for charity partners.
• Support Senior DO GOOD Marketing Director with the execution of DO GOOD marketing strategy
• Oversee volunteering opportunities by liaising with charity partners and supporting Village leads in coordinating participation
• Partner with Villages to highlight local and global initiatives
• Drive the creation of compelling narratives that showcase the impact of DO GOOD initiatives

Role requirements

• Previous experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously ideally from a similar philanthropy environment
• Passion for creating and building social impact.
• An analytical mind who knows when and how to use convincing evidence to make recommendations
• Logic, organisation, and planning are your key strengths!
• A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit. Innovation & resilience are key!
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• A curious mind, a commercial drive, and an international outlook
