As Guest Engagement Coordinator, your main role will be to develop actions aimed at enriching the content of our Membership Programme for its members.
What you will be doing
- Plan and coordinate member commercial moments
- Develop and implement exclusive benefits and rewards for members in collaboration with different teams (retail, hospitality, F&B)
- Develop and execute plans to drive member acquisition and improve Membership visibility (partnerships, brands, hosts, website, app, paid media, etc)
- Ensure boutique staff and hospitality teams are trained appropriately on membership
- Support execution of membership x partnerships collaborations (e.g. promotional weekend and level matching initiatives)
- Management of emailing campaigns and push notifications:
- Work cross-functionally to develop content
- Execute and refine segmentation strategy on targeting
- Build and route campaigns with excellence
- Run A/B tests to identify best practices: you will be keen to test, analyse and optimize your actions in order to improve KPIs
- Identify and develop automatic multi-channel triggered campaigns
- Provide insights from campaigns to refine animation plan for Members and Private Clients
- Monitor email and push notification performance and engagement

- Degree or equivalent experience within CRM/E-mail Marketing, preferably in the Fashion or Retail industry.
- Fluent in Dutch & English, any other European language (French)would be beneficial.
- Experience using digital analytics tools such as PowerBI & Google Analytics
- Experience using CRM tools such as Responsys or Salesforce
- Knowledge of GDPR and the ever evolving data privacy landscape
- Computer literate and high proficiency in MS Office.
- You are passionate about the latest trends regarding content & communication channels.
- Hands-on, highly organized with attention to detail.
- Be action-oriented: respecting deadlines, grabbing opportunities while using speed & sense of urgency.
- Showing adaptability, sensibility and able to handle complexity.
- Foster collaboration: build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to achieve targets.
- Strong project management & organization skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision.
