Marketing Coordinator

About the role                                                       

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the coordination, planning, and development of marketing activities, projects and initiatives set by the Marketing Department. You will proactively support the Village based Marketing activities to ensure the smooth running of these and build a strong working relationship with other departments in order to ensure proactive information interchange.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

  • Maintain and regularly update calendar tools to ensure accuracy and alignment
  • Support the coordination of marketing projects, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Help structure and maintain project management tools for campaign planning and execution
  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of in-village events and commercial activations
  • Assist the Marketing Director with the monthly coordination and tracking of the marketing budget
  • Provide channel back-up support during team absences or holidays
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks within the marketing team

About You

  • We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
  • Experience as a Marketing Coordinator with similar scope of work
  • Some retail experience would be beneficial
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • An interest in fashion
  • Excellent organization and prioritsation skills
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload
  • Able to work well with all levels across the business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
