Retail Marketing Manager

As our Retail Marketing Manager at Maasmechelen Village you will drive visibility of over 100 local and international brands through strategic events and campaigns.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has retail marketing or trade marketing experience who is keen to extend their experience across different brands from premium to luxury.

About the role

• Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand presence and attract visitors
• Manage the retail marketing activations from end to end
• Lead in-village activations and events to drive qualitative footfall
• Analyse brand performance, identify opportunities and impact on the business’ results through integrated plans
• Lead the Retail Marketing team and be responsible for the team’s performance and development.

Role requirements

• You have experience in Marketing ideally in the luxury sector
• You have a proven track record on successful execution of marketing strategy to drive the agreed KPIs;
• You have excellent communication skills;
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to get the buy in;
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
