As our Head of Brand Training you will be responsible for developing and supporting the Global Learning & Development Director. The Head of Brand Training will take robust, positive steps to drive training strategy that focuses, on developing and driving processes and standards with our brands, with the purpose of driving the business performance through exceptional management and service levels.
The Head of Brand Training is absolutely passionate about people, training, clienteling, hospitality, fashion, lifestyle and retail.
This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at La Rozas Village.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others and leverage those relationships across the business by influencing leaders and managers to implement training programs that ultimately influence the overall performance of the business.
- Plays a primary role of supporting the training and development department and providing direction to junior and new team members. The HOT imparts training support systems to the junior and new team members, enabling them to better execute their duties by sharpening their skills.
- Plays a lead strategic role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials that will impact behaviour-changing training using various training theories inclusive of job aids, facilitator and participant guides, on-the-job training systems, tutorials, and demonstration models.
- Drives the development of programs that incorporate overall business objectives. They also develop and maintain interactive learning solutions that drive measurable results for the business and guarantee that those solutions are instructionally sound and are up to the business’s quality standards.
- Plays a highly collaborative role and builds solid cross-functional relationships with departmental heads and management across the business. Partnering with the Global Director of L&D in order to determine program priorities, roll-out plans, set program deadlines, and ROI analytics.

- 5+ years of hands on delivery/ design & development within a learning and development department.
- Retail training background essential.
- Must have a proven track record in an established training department.
- Collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Language skills essential: English and Spanish
