About the role                                                                   

As our Work Experience – International Markets & Partnerships, you will be provide support for the International Markets & Partnerships Team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including but are not limited to maintaining the commercial calendar, preparing sales kit, content creation, coordinating partnerships activities, reporting and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

  • Build the commercial frame construction to assure the consistence across channels, brands, partners and tiers
  • Update the commercial calendar and ensure that it is aligned with the marketing calendar
  • Produce pitch decks; create ad hoc PowerPoints to build bespoke sales kit for the commercial team in line with the Company’s guideline and standards
  • Assist in content creation by liaising with graphic designers, content, editing and communications team
  • Communicate with Hospitality Team and the Visitor Centre Team on customer facing activities with previse and complete brief on all partnership initiatives
  • Compile reports as required, e.g. after action reviews, monthly summaries, weekly business results, business reviews, campaign overviews, etc.
  • Help in partners campaign construction: back end activities (Salesforce, PowerBi, VIP Pass creations and report, gift card report, lead source registrations analysis, CONIQ analysis, partnership CRM analysis etc..)
  • Coordinate the Brand Retail Marketing offer for both Central and Local Team
  • Provide administrative support on internal procedures, e.g., new agreements, new supplier forms, legal requests, budget, purchase orders, etc.  

About You

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

  • Degree education in Turism or equivalent qualifications is preferrable
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of digital and social media is advantageous
  • Good organization skills and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive and proactive mindset
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, proactiveness, resilience and flexibility
  • Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
