The People team is hiring a People Business Partner

The role

The People Business Partner enables Village performance by translating People priorities into practical leadership action, reliable people processes and a positive colleague experience.

In this role you will build manager capability, protect compliance and strengthens the conditions in which colleagues can thrive across The Bicester Collection.

 

Location: Can be based in either La Roca Village or Las Rozas Village

Office days: This role is a minimum of 3 days in the office, but flexibility is required as can sometimes require 5 days

 Starting minimum salary: €60,000

 

What you'll be doing

A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

  • Own trusted day-to-day People partnership that enables managers to make sound, timely people decisions
  • Drive effective local talent and performance processes that strengthen capability and retention. 
  • Ensure colleague matters are addressed fairly and promptly while strengthening engagement, wellbeing and inclusion. 
  • Ensure People processes, records and payroll or benefits inputs are accurate, compliant and dependable

What we're looking for

  • Experience delivering practical People support in a fast-paced environment 
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, employment practice and policy application 
  • Ability to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, performance and development processes 
  • Confidence working with People systems (SuccessFactors), records, payroll and benefits inputs 

 

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Comfort working with digital tools, reporting platforms and emerging technologies including AI-enabled solutions; expected to adopt new systems with confidence and contribute to a culture of digital curiosity
