Private Client Services Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

As our Private Client Services Coordinator, you will support the Apartment and Personal Shopping teams on the coordination and implementation of the Private Client strategy. This will ensure optimal positioning, guest acquisition and thereby footfall, spend per visit and revenue targets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

 

• Support in building ongoing relationships with Private Clients, by keeping regular contacts with them and making them aware of all key events and activities taking place in the Village

• Facilitate the delivery of all events that take place within The Apartment and work with the event owner and relevant departments to ensure all events runs smoothly, such as Legal, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Operations

• Work alongside the Hospitality and Concierge team to provide high-level of bespoke service (pre, during and post visit) to all Private Clients

• Meet and greet guests to include brands, partners, etc and supporting the Private Client Services Director to establish and build new and existing relationships

• Ensure a positive guest experience for all through the effective coordination of personal shopping, hospitality and any other departments

• Act as a host in the absence of the Private Client Services Director and represent the Private Client Services team at both onsite and offsite events when required by the business

• Meet with senior department leaders when necessary to assure updates and alignment at all times

 

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

 

• Experience as a clienteling role in a luxury or premium environment

• Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proven track record in planning and delivering high quality events

• Understand the standard of luxury with the ability to provide direction and lead by example

• Guest first mindset with a strong clientelling background

• Customer focused and ability to build strong relationships with high net worth guests, key partners, colleagues & stakeholders

• Strong organisation skills with a keen eye on detail

• Calm head under pressure with ability to effectively manage time and prioritize

• Able to work well with all levels across the business

• Fluent in English and local Village language, any other European language would be beneficial
