About the role
As our Private Development & Data Base Coordinator, ensure the Village capitalises the most of it Private Client Date base, by planning clienteling engagement campaigns, monitoring results, retention, engagement and development of each of the individual.
Analyse the impact and return on investment of each Clienteling events, experience and efforts.
Set the data structure, train and coach the team in maintaining the highest standard of Data quality and data acquisition, and integrate the data management into the client ceremony without compromising the standards of experience excellence
Key responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.
- Establish the Client development strategy and roll out the Clienteling engagement campaigns
- Ensure we maintain the right balance of audience contacts for each segments, following up on engagement and retargeting ensuring we exclusively contact clients for content of their interest.
- Create Clienteling toolkit for all Village teams including Personal Shopping, Apartment and Concierge teams, following up on the client contacts and engagement each team does. The toolkit includes gifting, rewards, and benefits programmes for Private Clients.
- Create dedicated engagement path for each type of client audience : New High Potential Clients, TOP 100 clients, etc.
- Establish and implement regular and on-going data cleaning & upgrade process that guarantees the review and completion of client profiles with qualitative insights.
- Performance analysis and report of clienteling actions impacts, with results of each of the experiences and events.
About You
We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM, client development or clienteling roles, ideally in luxury retail or high-end hospitality.
- Proven track record in managing client databases, executing personalized campaigns, and measuring ROI.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience in segmentation, targeting and campaign automation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of discretion and customer understanding.
- Results-driven and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for delivering high-end client experiences.
- Strong understanding of luxury standards and high-net-worth client expectations.
