We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead the execution of the Retail Marketing strategy for the Village, driving commercial performance through outstanding brand partnerships and high-quality retail marketing activations. Working closely with local and central teams, this role plays a key part in bringing our Village experience to life and achieving sales and qualitative footfall targets.


About the role

Your primary focus will be:

  • Executing the Retail Marketing strategy for the Village, ensuring alignment with business objectives and central guidelines
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with brand partners to enhance the positioning of the Village
  • Reinforcing trust with our brands by delivering five-star marketing services and continuously raising the bar
  • Developing 360° retail marketing plans that combine in-Village experiences, brand activations and new brand openings to achieve financial goals
  • Planning and delivering retail marketing commercial activations following the “Product Is King” approach
  • Managing retail marketing activations end to end, ensuring high-quality execution and conducting after-action reviews
  • Planning and executing in-Village activations and events with excellence to drive qualitative footfall into the Village and boutiques
  • Managing the Retail Marketing budget and monitoring the costs of each activation
  • Preparing insightful reporting on each initiative, including KPIs, return on investment and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Analysing brand performance and identifying opportunities to positively impact business results through integrated plans, working closely with Retail, Marketing, Hospitality and other teams
  • Collaborating with local and central teams to ensure consistency, alignment and best practice sharing
  • Leading and developing the Retail Marketing team, taking responsibility for performance, engagement and growth

Role requirements

  • Degree level education in Marketing or similar
  • Proven experience in Marketing, ideally within the luxury or premium retail sector
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies and delivering agreed KPIs
  • Strong understanding of different audiences and customer behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain buy-in
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and the local Village language; additional European languages are a plus
