Join our dynamic team as a Senior Retail Manager In this role, you will lead and inspire our retail operation activities within La Rozas Village, driving sales and ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

About the Role

• Ensure that Bicester Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience.
• Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success.
• Work with a portfolio of luxury brands to ensure delivery of sales goals.
• Development/maintaining relationships with brand partners to ensure we can maximise sales and business opportunities
• Support the wider team with business development and reaching our overall clientelling goals.
• Product and commercial planning with brand partners due deliver strategic goals with brands.
• Be a key partner for Bicester Village's Personal Shopping team to deliver our clientelling goals-brand partnership, events, product planning.
• Be a key partner for internal stakeholders in driving luxury brand performance in line with internal expectations.
• Liaising with leasing team for remerchandising activity including but not limited to new openings.

Role requirements

• Proven experience within luxury retail management.
• Experience in driving clientelling and luxury guest experience.
• Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
• Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
