Join us as the Assistant Apartment Hospitality Manager at La Vallée Village!

In this role, you will ensure 5-star luxury hospitality for all private guests in The Apartment and Personal Shopping suites. Oversee HNW visits and events, acting as a Village Ambassador to promote services and activities. This role involves managing a 7-day-a-week operation, including weekends and bank holidays.

About the Role

• Develop and implement strategies for Private Spaces, ensuring alignment with overall Hospitality and Guest Services.
• Deliver exceptional service, manage F&B, amenities, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Train and lead the Guest Experience Team, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to standards.
•  Organize staffing and participate in recruitment processes. 
• Support Guest Experience department objectives.
•  Implement and share guest service practices, maintain CRM database, and compile reports.
•  Build strong relationships with brands to enhance guest experience and support events.

Role requirements

• Experience in luxury environments (hotel, retail, events) as a Concierge/Private Client events coordinator.
• Strong understanding of 5* guest services and HNW/international guests.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible with shift patterns, including weekends.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages (Arabic, Chinese, Hindi) are a plus.
• IT literate (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce).
