As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support the Retail Team with the coordination of all retail activities and initiatives for the Village. You will be the point of contact for Retail Team with other departments on projects in common and coordinate people-related matters for the Brands.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

• Organize recruitment events ahead of key business moments to ensure proper staffing level to the stores
• Keep track of recruitment KPIs and monitor the impact of the initiatives
• Organize events throughout the year for the teams to get together and share moments off-work
• Develop new initiatives and brand staff engagement
• Manage the Village specific incentive programme dealing with stores requests and tracking acquired points and develop the catalogue to add new rewards
• Develop initiatives in partnership with other departments to support services and offer a high level of experience to our guests
• Track and report on CRM performances
• Act as direct contact for stores and build relationships with the teams

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

• Degree education or relevant qualification is preferrable
• Proven experience in the fashion or luxury retail industry
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and numerical sense with an excellent eye for detail
• Fluent in English and French
