Part of The Bicester Collection, La Vallée Village doesn't do ordinary. Nestled within the charming landscape of the Île-de-France region, just east of Paris, our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 110 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.
The Retail Marketing & Operations team is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager.
The role
A key role at the intersection of Marketing, Retail, and Commercialisation, focused on strengthening relationships with brand partners to maximise their engagement and contribution to Village initiatives.
The position involves segmenting the brand portfolio and defining tailored strategies for each segment to enhance brand visibility, participation in marketing activations, and overall commercial potential.
Strategically positioned, the role aims to align marketing and commercial calendars, drive footfall, and deliver a premium customer experience.
This role wrequires strong cross-functional collaboration and a solid understanding of KPIs to deliver effective, data-driven commercial initiatives.
Location: Serris – On Site Starting minimum salary: 60K€ minimum
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Drives Retail Marketing strategy by managing brand relationships and partnerships to generate qualified footfall and support sales targets.
- Segments the brand portfolio and defines tailored strategies and campaigns to maximise brand performance and visibility.
- Aligns marketing and commercial calendars, positioning brand activations to deliver both branding impact and short-term sales results.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration and partnerships (internal teams and brand HQs) to deliver integrated campaigns, strong engagement, and continuous performance tracking.

- Master degree in marketing;
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a strong Luxury or Premium Brand environment;
- Experience in negotiation and networking at high level;
- Stakeholder management;
- Project Management skills;
- Chameleon approach to relationships: ability to adapt to different personalities/cultural background that each have strong points of view, with respect and humility, whilst always keeping the objectives in mind;
- Strong attention to detail;
- International experience is considered a strong asset;
- Fluent in English & French, written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills (presentations from small to larger audiences in both French and English);
- Organized and able to deliver excellent work within tight deadlines;
- Flexibility and agility to react to fast changing circumstances
- Creative and entrepreneurial;
- Strong skills in MS Office.
