About the role:

As our Partnerships Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be supporting the Partnerships Team. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, including but not limited to supporting partnerships initiatives, account management, business development, reporting and event management.

Key responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following.

 

Prepare reports: 

  • Produce weekly / monthly and quarterly internal reports in line with business requirements 

  • Checking for data integrity and accuracy in the Salesforce and Power BI Database 

Partnerships activations: 

  • Assist partnership managers create new marketing campaigns and activities  

  • Support Partnerships Team in execution of campaigns and on-site events  

  • Support Partnerships Team for the legal onboarding and activation of new partners and events 

  • Create advertorials and content aligned with partnership managers and Marketing  

 

Manage budget and POs: 

  • Ongoing follow up of the departmental budget including associated documentation such as New Supplier Forms and reforecasts are implemented 

  • Process invoices for payment by raising purchase orders and goods received notes from the team 

 

Presentations and trackers 

  • Assist the team to prepare proposals and presentations for the senior management team 

  • Create, update, and analyse Excel spreadsheets to track performance and activities 

 

Travel trade account management: 

  • Shopping Express: planning management, issues management, vinyl, hostess management, redemptions and reporting 

  • Assist travel trade partners, associates and partnership team in the management of strategic client relationships  

  • Supporting and liaising with the Hospitality and Operation team to help booking requests  

 

Power BI and Salesforce: 

  • Provide Power BI and Salesforce trainings to the team, ensure that all team members can run the report 

  • Liaise with Salesforce developers to help the team solve group booking issues in a timely manner 

 

Partnership Benefit Management:  

  • Support senior partnership managers to create benefit links for new partners 

  • Support the team and managers to create F&B benefit links for tactical campaigns (Hotel partners, local attractions, Alipay student campaign) 

 

Event management 

  • Support partnership team in organising and managing VIP events 

 

About You:

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

  • Degree education or equivalent qualification is preferrable
  • Experience in business development
  • Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Power BI
  • Demonstrate confidence when communicating with external business partners
  • Able to work well with all levels across the business
  • Excellent organization and priortisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to both work as a team and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fluent in English and German language, any other European language would be beneficial
