Job Title:                          Private Client Services Manager (m/f/d)

Based At:                          Wertheim Village

 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Private Clients Services Manager (m/f/d) is responsible for the coordination and execution of the PCS strategy at Wertheim Village through HNW clientele. This role requires the skills of a brand ambassador & organisational manager, he/she has to be able to drive HNW high spending thereby ensuring footfall, spend and revenue targets throughout the year. Will be responsible for building relationships with HNW clientele, create the data base and reach sales objectives through the conversion and delivery of high spending footfall.

 

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT:

  • Build, develop and manage the relationship with HNW guests;
  • Build and develop the relationships with Embassies/Diplomats/Royals, Politicians and International Schools
  • Monitor source market trends and educate VR teams re potential impact on our business;
  • Define and explore new business/incremental revenue opportunities;
  • Develop a strong collaboration with Retail, Marketing/GKE, Hospitality, Business Analysts etc

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Drive increased footfall, average transaction value & revenue

  • Research, Identify, Create, develop & manage key relationships with HNW guests
  • Define HNW Profile – Categories, Countries, Spending power, Visits, Age, etc.
  • Define HNW Data Base
  • Explore and introduce new channels to attract HNW guests to the Village 
  • Support sales strategy, execution plan and marketing plan
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
  • Attend industry functions, such as National Days, cultural events, association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Consult with Hospitality team business trends with a view to developing new services and products.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in footfall. 
  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

 

Maximising tourism by building and maintaining crucial relationships:

  • Work closely with Marketing on invitations/advertising/promotional/etc. to raise awareness of the village in either events (e.g. fashions shows, etc.) and/or individual meetings with high profile individuals.
  • Work with the Hospitality team to enhance the experience in each of the guest journey touching points (e.g. Services, Redemptions, Prayer room, The Apartment etc).
  • Work closely with F&B team to tailor the food offer.

 

KEY MEASURES:

  • Short term : HNW Data base with name of guests, date/s, size of family/group, estimated spend
  • Development of incremental HNW channels for Wertheim Village
  • Delivery of agreed quarterly commercial KPI’s
  • Collaborative work across Wertheim Village functions and Group

 

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in the Hospitality/Luxury Brand Segment
  • Deep knowledge of the HNW market & retail/shopping fits
  • Structured and methodical approach with high level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding sales, negotiating, influencing & networking skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with HNW guests, key partners, colleagues & stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a multitasking role/environment
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Account Management of multi-layered sales and marketing partnerships.
  • Self-starter & self-motivated. Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent report writing, analytical and project management and delivery skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft office and Salesforce or equivalent database management system)
  • Fluent in German and English, any other European languages an advantage
