We are looking for a Senior Retail Marketing Manager/Retail Event Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.

This person will apply the highest standards of marketing excellence, build and maintain close relationships with our brands. You will also plan and execute all activities and events in Wertheim Village.

About the role

• Build and maintain close relationships with the brands in Wertheim Village, being their key partner for all marketing related topics.
• Responsible for negotiating and executing all the activities and events in Wertheim Village.
• Plan and execute with excellence the measured success of all in village activations and events
• Develop 360° Trade Marketing plans..
• Manage the Retail Marketing budget.
• Prepare insightful reporting’s of each initiative, including the achievement of KPIs and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the retail marketing team

Role requirements – all about you

The you are passionate about fashion and style, and able to curate an elevated experience in the village, leveraging both tactical and positioning moments.

• Broad long-term experience (at least 8 years) in premium or luxury trade marketing, ideally in a multi-brand environment
• Experience in planning trade marketing events from concept to execution.
• 4+ years in people leadership and development of high performing teams
• Strong project management skills, comfortably taking the lead and bringing the team performance to the next level
• Able to think creatively and solve problems - a hungry, creative self-starter who likes to build up things.
• Fluent in English & German. Additional languages are a plus
