Job Title: Senior Retail Development Coordinator (m/f/d)

Location: Wertheim Village

Department: Retail Development

Starting minimum salary: 52.000 EUR

The Role
Support the successful delivery of boutique development projects across Wertheim Village. Working closely with brand partners, consultants and internal teams, you will coordinate fit-out, reconfiguration and temporary boutique projects while ensuring compliance, quality and timely execution.
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:

• Manage boutique development projects, ensuring quality, compliance and delivery against agreed timelines•

 Manage approvals, permits and technical documentation while maintaining accurate project records

• Collaborate with brand partners, contractors and internal stakeholders to support efficient project delivery

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Minimum three years' experience in retail development, construction, property or project coordination

• Strong Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills, with excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
